Whatever the decision may be, we should begin the talks now so we can all prepare. I think my projects are fully aware that we had to make our offerings more 'dense' and realistic to the themes - thus the extra rooms we had at the summit. But I think shrinking the number of rooms may be a bit of a shock on some projects unless it is presented early (and often!) so that planning can be done. Plus it gives us all time to get used to it before actually getting the content put together.

If we wait until after San Diego to lower the number of rooms it may be too late to do it effectively and with less pain to the schedulers.
